‘All Flowers In Time’ is the eagerly awaited first full album from Space Captain, built around the themes of love and nostalgia, with a pinch of bitterness and betrayal. The first single released from the album, “Sycamore”, received upfront radio plays from Don Letts and John Kennedy. This follows impressive love and support for their previous EP release across BBC 6Music, Radio X, The Wire, DJ Mag and Line Of Best Fit, to name a few.
The band’s extensive influences range from Thundercat through Amy Winehouse to Bon Iver, but Space Captain are never anything but themselves as this release shows, with an eclectic mix of trumpet outros, sax solos and acoustic “e-bow” guitars bound together with dreamy indie-pop melodies for a sweet curve-ball of a finish.

This just so good, so good, so good ... One of the albums that you play for the first time and you keep saying to yourself how good it is with every song. It is soothing, slightly melancholic but not sad, yet joyful and playful af. I especially love the drums, so easily played, let alone the production. Perfect for slow evenings. Thank you so much, Alfa Mist! No favourite track yet. onaut
